Wonderful experience , we would come back.

Exceptional service by every member of staff from reception to cleaners to bar staff to restaurant. Choice at breakfast, delicious bar food and room service . Very good delicious , value for money Sunday lunch . We were very busy as so much to do in Edinburgh so apart from this and breakfast did not have any other meal in the restaurant . Ideal location but quiet at night for a city .

Great location and very nice hotel.

Pros: Great location and very nice hotel with restaurant and separate bar that also serves food. There is a spa which I would have liked to use but didn't have time and a small gym. Our room was quiet and clean. Cons: The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was like lying on the floor, it was so hard. We didn't eat in the restaurant but did have a snack one afternoon in the bar and drinks one evening. The bar staff could have been a wee bit friendlier.

Pros: Pequeno almoço bom. Localização boa. Staff muito bom. Muito simpático, e disponível. Cons: Faltou um toalheiro adequado para a toalha de rosto na casa de banho, bem como rede telefónica no quarto. Tivemos também alguma dificuldade na descarga do autoclismo, precisando de muita força. Por outro lado, sentimos alguma diferença no tratamento consoante a categoria dos quartos. Ficámos num quarto Standard e, por esse motivo, não tínhamos roupão incluído, sendo necessário pagar um valor adicional para usufruir desse serviço. Consideramos que este tipo de comodidade deveria estar disponível
