VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS HOTEL
Excellent location overlooking three canals with beautiful lights glimmering or the water. Easy walking to museums along the canals. The check in with Simon was excellent and thoughtful. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The location was wonderful, out of the noise of the main area.
Fabulous! Super accommodating staff, gorgeously sized rooms, and lovely interior furnishings.
Cons: The bathrooms need some updating - showers instead of tubs/more accessibility would be great!
Pleasant stay but confusing staff
Pros: The breakfast buffet! The setting by a canal… you could see herons and people paddling/rowing. Cons: The admin is not consistent from an agent to another but they honored the right rates and were somewhat flexible with the process.

The property itself was also very outdated, many planks of the terrace were loose and therefore dangerous. The dinner menu was too limited and expensive for what you could choose. Parking was also very expensive.
