Pros: The person at the reception was exceptionally kind, and it is mainly for this reason that I am leaving this review. Although the hotel is a two-star establishment, I found all the necessary amenities there. The hotel is located right in the center, the room was very clean and had everything needed. There was no air conditioning, but I opened all the windows and did not suffer from the heat during the night, even though my room was on the fourth floor. Pros: Good location easy to get around to major attractions. Cons: Very hot summer which also took the English by surprise. The room was as hot as an oven, and one could not be inside until the sun had gone down. Even then, it was extremely hot and only a fan.

Pros: I was given a ground floor room which was spacious with a double bed and had tea & coffee facilities, my daughters had a room on the first floor with a small ensuite. The hotel is really close to St Pancras and Kings Cross Stations and bus stops and a few minutes walk to a really good laundrette and the Boot Hotel. There are many shops and cafes within the station precincts and is ideal for catching cross country trains and the Eurostar. The staff were really nice and gave us great assistance. It is in a good street which is quiet. Cons: First floor room was nice but the bathroom was up
