Pros: The apartment is new, location is ok! Cons: Parking, there is no parking at the place, parking is on the streets and is very hard to find! The host could be more helpful. Also I did pay 50£ for city tax, and extra bed for one night. SO, 3x4x3, but my son has stayed only one night. And he charge 10£ per noit for extra Bed, but again, it was only one night.
