Pros: A spacious apartment on the edge of the old town, good air conditioning (around 35 degrees for a week). It was too hot for the balcony, which is mostly taken up by the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. The kitchen is tiny, so if you plan on cooking, it is advisable to bring some kitchen utensils yourself; there is only 1 wooden spoon the size of a dessert spoon. The property is next to a shady park in a quiet neighborhood; bakery, pizza takeaway, and osteria all within a few minutes' walk. Signora Paola was so kind from the start. She told me about the city, what to see, where to go. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well located. Everything was exactly as described. There's a big supermarket just around the corner, a little square, a few cafes. The historic center and the train station are both an easy walk away.
