Pros: Location and staff. Very helpful Cons: The cleaning isn't done on a daily basis or any other arrangement.

Pros: Property was close to tram stop and geneva border. Kitchen and other amenities are present. Cons: Property expects us to clean the apartment before handover whereas they dont give clean rooms. There is a strange smell in apartments. Staff was rude, we requested extended checkout time and were told that we can checkout by 12 noon. However the staff came at 11.15 and started harassing my wife and kid. Cleaning staff even threw my toddlers food without asking. When I complained to the reception with this behavior, they just said sorry and the staff who misbehaved was sitting next to the rec

Pros: La literie confortable, l'emplacement vers le tram, tous les snacks et commerces à proximité. Le personnel était souriant et à l l'écoute. Cons: La propreté des couloirs (tâches et odeurs) la clim qui fonctionne une fois sur deux en pleine canicule et il n'y avait pas assez de couverts pour cuisiner et manger à 4. Le quartier reste très populaire il faut se sentir à l'aise quand on rentre le soir.
