Disappointed
Pros: Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels.
Cons: The apartment is neglected, very dirty, not maintained at all, no cutlery, glasses, plates, kitchenware, the fridge is half dismantled inside. The balcony of the room is so neglected and dirty that it gives you the creeps to go out. I believe the windows have not been cleaned since the hotel opened, there are no curtains but you can tell there were some from the holes in the ceiling. The common areas are in the same state of neglect. It's a shame because we previously stayed in another one from the same chain and it was a completely differe
