Pros: The apartment is a bit far from the city center and the sea, but in a quiet location where there is no disturbance at night. Cons: The apartment is beautiful, but the kitchen utensils and even the bathroom are dirty. This is because the apartment is not cleaned properly. I think the building's porter is responsible for this; men simply do not clean as thoroughly as women.
