Hotel is best during winter due to weather. But best staff named Daniel, he’s you’re so amazing!

Pros: The staff is absolutely amazing! I think Daniel is his name. He’s so much helpful in every possible way. You made my 8 days stay absolutely amazing! Despite of the hot weather, you did what you can! You’re a star! Cons: I think it is best during winter. Since my room was on the roof. And with summer weather, it was so hot like an oven. But Daniel still tried his best to help me, he gave me another fan that I can use. He even tested it before giving to me, to see if it’s better than the 2 fans I have in my room.

A normal stay, no major difficulties

Pros: Airy room, clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils Cons: Non-functional fan. Difficulties in bringing in and out luggage due to lack of elevator

Could be worse, definitely could be better for the price

Pros: Pizzeria run by Italians downstairs has excellent coffee and very nice staff. Bed was ok Cons: Lots of noise outside, totally audible in the room, even with window closed. Walls should have been repainted ~2 years ago. Only 2 flat pillows (for 2 people room). Shower cabin wouldn't open properly

Pros: Large room and friendly staff. Good wifi. Close to bus and tram stops. Fridge in room Cons: It was difficult to find the entrance and the reception - the Google map location is incorrect, and the alley and courtyard are unmarked (so couldn't be readily rectified on Google maps). There's no lift/elevator in the building. The lack of air conditioning meant that it was extremely uncomfortable to stay here during a heatwave (with 'extreme heat' government warnings), although air conditioning generally doesn't seem to be widespread in Geneva.
