Lovely peaceful location, perfect for exploring the nearby beaches and castles
Pros: We travelled with my parents (and dog) plus my 2 young children to Kent for our holiday and really enjoyed our stay at Appledown. It's peaceful and has beautiful surrounding countryside which is perfect for walking the dog. It's also in easy reach of lots of peddle beaches and castles and we actually ventured a little further (broadstairs) so the kids could enjoy a sandy beach. It's perfect for anyone looking for a quiet countryside base to explore the local area.
Cons: Although there was a little welcome tray with biscuits, sugar etc (which is a lovely touch) there were just a couple

Very peaceful area and the pictures of the house interior doesn’t do it justice-very modern
Cons: Road leading to the property was very rough and had speed bumps that were very hard to recognise-no warning!

Idyllic location. Perfect for my family & and our dog!! Would definitely use again!!
Pros: Secluded enough but not too far from local towns.
Cons: Honestly if I had to pick a con, maybe the grass being long walking up to the washing line 😂🤷🏼♂️
