Great

This hotel is excellent, one of the great hotels I have visited before. The lobby is great, the bar is great, there is an arcade, there is an outdoor pool, without a heater but you can pay for a heated pool with a sauna and spa. The Restraunt is great, they have really nice food, different options for vegan vegetarian and gluten free foods. There's 2 different types of seafood every day. The ambience of the hotel is also great, the rooms are clean, they're really nice. The bar has good prices, Angelina in the bar is the best:). Come to this hotel, it's really great! The sinks are a bit blocked

Excellent stay

An excellent stay from check in to check out. Whole hotel is spotless, Food was excellent . Staff were so friendly. A special mention to Antonia in the restaurant.

Very very poor service

Average hotel, as regular visitors to Santa Susannah we enjoy the location. Have to say this hotel is pleasant enough, not overly clean, in need of a bit of a revamp and rooms need better cleaning. Initially had a mould problem in our room which was pretty grim. We had a horrible damp smell then realised the cupboard that housed the fridge was mouldy. Changed rooms. Still cleanliness issues. The reason we will not return is due to our treatment in the buffet restaurant. We visited one evening as a family of 4 with 2 children. On arrival the staff were pouring drinks, Cava I think. I d

Very bad experience to forget it !

Standard room was very small with old style , dirty evacuation on the bathroom , small swimming indoor pool with the coast of 12 eur during only 2h !! No food variety and especially bad quality It will be the first and the last time :(

Another brilliant stay!

Another brilliant stay at this wonderful hotel which is situated close to the beach and to the train station. On arrival we decided to treat ourselves and upgraded to the Lumiere suite. We were so thrilled with this decision as the room had 2 balconies, one with sea view and 2 comfortable reclining sun loungers and table and chairs. The room was huge and had a bath with shower over, and a walk in rainfall shower. We also had coffee/tea making facilities with a Nespresso machine. We have always found this hotel spotlessly clean and the maids visited our room every morning and collected towels a
