Pros: Plenty of space and ideal layout for a larger group, it had a homely feel which was really nice. The balcony off the master bedroom was great with beautiful views off the estuary. Cons: The road the property is located on is quite busy with constant traffic. The pool table/games room was under maintenance and a large section of the ceiling was missing which exposed the roof area, there was installation all over the floor when we arrived and continued to fall out throughout the duration of our stay.lengths of cornice also stored in the games room. Falsely advertised as 6 bedroom 3 bathroom

Pros: Great location. Cons: We believe has been falsely advertised as a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom property when it is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom property. It does have a bed on the mezzanine but with no privacy and nowhere to store clothes. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets which makes it a 2 bathroom property. If we had of realized we would not have booked the property. Additionally, the house is in dire need of maintenance which we were not aware of at the time of booking.
