Pros: The apartment is in a good location relative to the center and public transport. Cons: The apartment is nice but very neglected. Many furnishings are broken or stained, even the curtains were halfway fallen. As for cleanliness, it leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend it.

Pros: The location, the comfort of the beds, it was very well equipped. Super bright. They changed our towels on the second day. Very good! Cons: The curtains did not close properly and a lot of light came in. There was a lot of noise early in the morning from the garbage station next door.

Nice and comfortable apartments with a perfect location in Berlin
Pros: Nice and comfortable apartments with a perfect location in Berlin. The apartments are well equipped and have good beds. They are centrally located in Berlin, but in a quiet backyard so there is little noise in the apartment. There are parking spaces right outside the apartment that can be rented if desired. There is no staff at the address. But they respond quickly to messages and are very polite and accommodating. We received good and prompt assistance when needed. Check-in and codes worked without problems. We would gladly return. Cons: Nothing

Pros: Chic little studio! TOP! Cons: Curtains/blackout option only on one of 3 windows. We arrived at night in the 2nd backyard to our studio and it was unlit. A lamp at the entrance door and/or in the courtyard would be good. Shower curtain. A microwave or kettle would still be practical.
