This was a perfect location as my daughter lives across the common.
Pros: Delicious and the service was excellent - the cappuccinos were perfect and I liked the espresso machine in the room. Cons: I received notification from you that you don’t have a lift, but I had not expected to be right at the top of the house - it was good exercise, but this needs to be highlighted for older guests!

Great location and great staff.
Pros: Great location and staff. Rooms are comfortable but small. Breakfast was good and again staff very accommodating. Cons: Unfortunately London was going through a heat wave and there wasn't any Air Conditioning during our stay.
