Pleasant, but limited facilities.
Pros: Loved the location. Breakfast was not included but the kitchen was well set up and handy. Cons: Bathrooms were good and clean, but only two and not private. Access to back yard with seating would be a great addition, especially given that the rooms are in the basement.

Pros: Decent room with access to a full kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs so bathroom was private in my case. The location within easy walk of Buca di Roma - a fabulous and authentic Italian restaurant - was perhaps the best part. Other cafe or restaurant choices also quite close. Cons: Agreed on 4 to 5 for check in but owners didn’t arrive till almost 6. They did send a text but only at 3:45 so I was already en route. I think this was atypical based on other reviews, but still. Also kitchen while fully supplied with dishes cooking things etc lacked coffee, tea…anyway a rea
