My stay was restful and pleasant
Pros: I enjoyed my stay, the bed was very comfortable. Cons: A microwave in the room would've been helpful. And amenities in the room like there were in 2020

My stay was good

Horrible bed
I was really disappointed with my stay at The ARC Hotel. My first room had a TV that didn’t work and a phone that didn’t work either. To their credit, they moved me to another room, but the replacement room wasn’t much better because the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I came here to relax and get some rest, but instead I left feeling worse than when I arrived. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. While I appreciate the staff changing my room, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
