Uncomfortable, dirty and overpriced
Pros: The location was good Cons: 'Garden suite' small, cramped and badly maintained. Black mould in the shower, the aircon rattled so loud we had to turn it off and we got woken up by a fire alarm because of another guest smoking at half five. Certainly no place for a family and the pictures on booking oversell it.

Pros: Good welcome from the staff The hotel is well located: a 5-minute walk from Archway station on the Northern line. To the north of central London, it was quite easy to reach by car. The neighborhood is also quite nice, with many shops, pubs, and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit off the main street so rather quiet, no metro noise for example. The parking is convenient but expensive. The duplex studio was not bad, but the 2nd bedroom is on a mezzanine and therefore not isolated from the one below and it was rather clean. I wanted to add an extra night and since the duplex was no longe

Not a nice stay!
Pros: The location and exterior are a beautiful building where unfortunately nothing of the style remains inside. Cons: Well actually everything. For the money paid, you expect a clean hotel room. Everything was dingy, water damage on the floor, walls not neat, skirting boards missing in places, ceiling where the plaster is peeling off, room lock where the card doesn't work well. Bathroom with dirty silicone joints. Shower drain clogged and asked twice to fix it and it didn't work. Curtains not blackout and cannot be closed properly. Air conditioning is broken and only blows wind, not cooled w
