I have stayed at this hotel twice, and both experiences have been excellent from start to finish. The hotel provides a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment that makes every stay enjoyable. World Class at the Mosaic
My wife and I recently stayed at the Archer Hotel at Mosaic, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Although we arrived late in the evening, Mohammed at the front desk welcomed us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. He made check-in effortless and helped us get settled into a beautiful king suite. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with a large, comfortable shower that made it feel like a true retreat. We especially loved the fresh lemongrass-scented LATHER body wash and toiletries—they were a wonderful touch.

Pros: El personal fue realmente amable y profesional. Eso incluye a todos en la recepción y al personal de limpieza con el que nos cruzábamos en el pasillo. También me gustó lo limpio que estaba el establecimiento. Era un lugar hermoso. La ubicación es genial, solo tienes que salir por la puerta para ir de compras y a restaurantes. Pros: The staff was really friendly and professional. That includes everyone at the front desk and the housekeeping staff we would pass in the hallway.
Also liked how clean the property was. It was a beautiful place.
The location is great - just walk out the door for shopping and restaurants.
Finally I appreciated the security- can’t get on to a floor without a key card.
Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I’ll be going back soon.
