Pros: Location and parking Cons: We have stayed here for years, sadly the last few years the place has gone downhill. No maintenance or upkeep. No updating broken, damaged or old furniture. For the money you can get a way better quality motel.

Pros: Spacious room with cute retro feel. Free onsite parking. Super clean with workspace, table and chairs in a sunny alcove, kitchenette and provisions. Delightful Management in the heart of Nth Melb - walking distance to local dining and shopping precinct. Cons: Unfortunately someone had urinated in the carpark.
