Excellent hotel and spa
Pros: Lovely location. The courtyard room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The facilities at the spa were excellent and the food very good. Staff throughout were friendly and very efficient. Would have no hesitation in staying again. Cons: N/A
Clean rooms, please stay with a bit of improvement needed
Pros: Clean and spacious rooms Cons: No one at reception at arrival despite that I've notified the hotel of when I'm expecting to be there. Slightly dated decor

Pros: I liked the outdoor area. Lots of greenery. Cons: The spa & swimming pool, definitely over subscribed. The treatments where overpriced & disappointing. I learnt from a member of staff that the hotel was closing for two years for refurbishment, I then realised why most of the staff I'd come into contact with didn't care about customer service as they were losing their jobs, which is sad but when you spend your hardworking money on a hotel & treatments you should receive what you pay for. If this hotel was staying open I wouldn't recommend it.
Easy to find and check in. A lot of people in the pool area and not enough sun loungers
