Don't book the Family Appartment with 3 bedrooms!

Pros: - Cons: In June we booked an Appartment for October with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom via booking.com. On arrival the reception informed us that this Appartment did not exist anymore. Only option left was 2 separate bedrooms with one bedroom having no badroom/toilet! Getting refund was very comersome and unsure. The receptionist changed several times the story how to refund, first via booking.com, then directly and in the end payback to a virtual creditcard that I had no way of verifying if correct. Also blaming booking.com that they sold the not existing appartment. Had to pay for t

It was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The hotel was easy to find and the location was fantastic! We also received souvenirs and it was very kind of them. Amazing service. Cons: Everything was great.

Good, clean, comfortable and good value

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Loved the small kitchenette, basic but clean and well equipped. Cons: The doors close noisily inside.

Pros: El personal del hotel un 10, son muy cercanos en la recepción y el personal de limpieza también cuida muy bien tu estancia. El que conoce Londres sabe cómo son los hoteles y los precios, así que es muy apropiado lo que dan en su relación calidad-precio. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Cons: Todo fué bien.
