Cheap and nice for short stays!
Pros: Cozy and cheap, nice community. Clean showers and bathrooms. Cons: The beds are a bit uncomfortable, but it is ok for a few days. The floor is very uneven and the carpet seems old and worn.

Expensive for what it was, you can find a better location for the same price
Pros: Service to keep luggage until 5 pm Cons: Quite dirty in the kitchen, showers not great (watch out for the lock that may not close)
