Pros: The location was ideal for catching our early morning train, the staff were welcoming and helpful and the beds were comfortable. Cons: There were issues with the room: the plug in the sink was jammed down, there was black mould in the shower, and the wardrobe doors were broken.
Pros: Close to king's cross station. Budget friendly. 24 front desk. Cons: No lift. Room is not soundproof as I can hear my neighbours speaking at night. The duvet was a bit too thick and warm, which caused me to wake up feeling hot during the night.
Very basic - ok to just sleep in
Would not stay at this property again.
Pros: Location, staff very friendly, hot shower. Cons: Unfortunately we got a room that was exteremely damp. You could see it on the ceiling/walls. The room smelt heavily of damp and the bedding felt damp too. The window also had a very large unsafe crack in it. It was quite an unpleasant night.
Outstanding Location and very friendly staff, will stay again for future visits.
