Pros: Location is great Cons: For the price the hotel and room felt dingy, like it hasn’t been well maintained. Also, our AC broke both nights we stayed there, and as a 7 month pregnant person that was not fun or remotely comfortable. We informed the staff the first morning, and they sent engineering to fix it, but the same thing happened the next night. By the front desk’s reaction, I would guess this is a common issue at the hotel. Also the hotel had a roof party on Thursday night, which is fine and fun! Wish we could stay here every NY trip

Pros: The hotel is beautiful! And you cannot beat the view from the balcony. It was a perfect location for where we needed to be / visit so it was also quite convenient. For being a NY hotel, the rooms are spaced out well even though they are compact. It was the perfect set up. Cons: Nothing negative to say
