Terrible terrible terrible x 1 million

Terrible Terrible Terrible if you are disabled don’t bother x I had a stroke and couldn’t go so asked for them to waive the fee for booking x they said they would then didn’t and now won’t respond x very very bad indeed x with the outbreak of botchalism in Istanbul killing many British people we decided to reschedule our journey and with the worrying news a major earthquake is due to hit the capital very soon in fact it’s overdue we again decided to cancel the trip x with this type of treatment from the owners I’m glad we did cancel because if they could treat a disabled family like this then

This is a fake hotel

This is a fake hotel using Google pictures. A quick Google reverse image will save you a lot of hassle. You'll thank me later. I arrived and found it was another cheaper hotel called lily hotel. They refused a refund so they stole my money. There are no pools. No canteen nothing. Fake pictures

It's not a hotel

Reservation was not guaranteed. They told no room was available. Name of the hotel -at the address you provided- was different. It was like a hostel mostly Syrian refugees have preferred. I made this reservation for my fiance, and she found 10 times better hotel with a price of $35. Please refund what I paid. This place does not have its own website. It looks like a scam.
