Lovely hotel Clean and friendly
Very good value for money, with a big plus for the hotel's location.
Pros: The proximity to St Pancras station. An ideal and central location: many famous sites are within walking distance from the hotel (Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Camden Market, St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge (a bit far but doable), China Town, Oxford Street, Soho). A quiet, very beautiful and typically London neighborhood. The English breakfast offered every morning is very hearty! Cons: The heat in the room located on the 2nd floor (however, 2 fans were provided which was very appreciated). The room could use some refreshing (torn wallpaper, hole in the ceiling, damaged wall paint). The

It could have been great given the location! But ruined by bed bugs!
Pros: The kindness of the staff Cons: Constant noise from ambulance sirens day and night (the university hospital is at the end of the street) and inability to leave the windows open at night: hence a lot of heat because there is no AC! But especially bed bugs found at the end of the stay in her daughter's courtyard-facing room: no solutions offered!
Good, nice hotel and breakfast but lacks soundproofing.
Pros: The breakfast is very good. The hotel is well located. Cons: The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved. For example, putting seals on the doors because if you have a baby in the room opposite. Good luck.
