Pros: Everyone working there was very smiling and helpful, kind. They tried to solve my problems as much as they could. Thank you all, the location was fantastic.
Cons: There was no mirror in my room, only in the bathroom. I had to stand in the bathroom for hours to get ready. I couldn't take care of myself. When I mentioned it, I was told that the rooms are small, that's why there is no mirror. But there was plenty of space in the room to place a mirror. I had made the reservation 2 months ago, and close to my arrival, the room price had dropped, which was upsetting.

It was nice and authentic but a little bit disappointing
Pros: The room was very big, and we had water bottles in the room. Also, the staff was very helpful with scheduling restaurants and trips. Very close to the old city center and markets.
Cons: They stopped serving breakfast, the shower stream was very low, the air conditioning was weak, no elevator, the room had wet stains on the ceiling.

Pros: Location. The place is lovely.
Cons: During our stay, there were issues with the air conditioning. They moved us between three different rooms, each of which also had a problem.
