Pros: The hotel manager took care of us from the moment we arrived until we left - at all times (Mustafa) - he helped us and gave us advice on bargaining, prices, as well as getting around Cappadocia by bus (prices, routes, stops) and also arranged the bus back to the airport (on the way there, we didn't know he could arrange this service and went on our own by taxi - 50/60 euros; by bus, 15 euros per person). The hotel is spectacular, small with about 15 rooms, very beautiful, exclusive, and intimate. There was a small setback with the reserved room and it was resolved in no time; he offered

Stayed at the Arte Cave Hotel for 4 nights when participating in the Salomon Cappadocia Trail Run on Oct 24, as the hotel is a short walk from the race start line and expo. The hotel was comfortable and clean with a good breakfast each morning. After staying in Urgup, we moved to Goreme for 3 days. I had left my jacket in the Arte Cave Hotel and the manager Mustafa contacted the hotel in Goreme to inform me I had left my jacket and to arrange a pick up, which shows how attentive and friendly the staff are at this hotel.

The staff is smiling, the service quality is good, cleanliness is nice, but the rooms are very dim. Cleanliness may not be understood well or bad. The only downside is that I stayed in a king suite, the room looks very spacious in the photos, but it felt a bit claustrophobic to me. Other than that, it's a sweet and nice place.
