Pros: Room was a nice size for Manhattan. Doormen were excellent. Location was excellent for eateries and access to NY attractions.
Cons: We arrived 2 hours early. I communicated this to booking.com and never heard back from you. I assume it would be OK if room is available. The free car service that booking.com provided was on time. However, the driver was more like a race car driver. My wife became car sick. We entered the hotel and the main desk lady said we would have to pay $50 for early arrival. I wasn't going to start an argument. My wife needed a bed. The hotel was definitely not busy!
