Pros: Huge rooms, good breakfast and pleasant staff Cons: Unfortunately we were in a suite where the AC didn’t work in one of the two rooms. They fixed it next day. No 24x7 room service

Great venue in the CBD for meetings. Spacious rooms help you to relax.
Rooms are huge and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is much better than it was years ago. Great location and friendly staff.

Pros: Nice big room, lovely pool, great breakfast, location was excellent for travel round the city as the skytrain was more or less outside. Cons: Not many restaurants nearby, but it’s not a problem as you can get public transport to areas with more very easily,

Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very welcoming, attentive and helpful. I would stay here again should I return to Bangkok
