You won’t regret staying here!
Pros: Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Excellent staff, Andy at the front desk was super polite and very helpful with restaurant and pub recommendations. Marta, our breakfast host, was friendly, professional, and offered great service. Cons: Nil

Wonderful experience
Great location just 2 blocks from Gloucester tube station, 12 mins from Earl's Court. Lots of restaurant choices, grocery close. Great breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms, plenty of space. Quiet even though on a busy road. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Adriana at the front desk and Marta in the breakfast room. Delightful!

Cons: The hotel smells very bad, the staff was not bad but good, but the rooms are not clean, the hotel is very old.
