Five-Star Service from Start to Finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently stayed at The Ashling Hotel in Dublin to celebrate a very special 50th birthday, and we had a wonderful experience. Although there was an issue with our bathroom, it was dealt with promptly and professionally. A special mention must go to the Guest Relations Manager, Shannon, who handled the situation with such care and professionalism that it didn’t affect our stay at all. Her excellent customer service was genuinely appreciated. The bar area has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were absolutely magnificent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Pros: Extensive selection of dishes for breakfast, very friendly service and excellent hotel location. Very comfortable bed. Cons: There is no drinking water in the room for guests. Quite high prices in the hotel restaurant, even for Dublin.

Lovely hotel, but consider the location

Pros: Beautiful hotel! Spacious, well-furnished rooms; comfortable bathroom with excellent hot water and water pressure; cozy bed, linens and good number of towels provided; water fountains; really nice breakfast; and afternoon, evening and night food options available on site. Cons: Location was excellent for what we specifically needed, but unfortunately noted the neighborhood to be questionable at night. Should also consider offering hand cream/moisturizer on request - strange that it was not available at a hotel of this standing.
