Need to spend some money updating rooms.
Pros: Location and grounds Cons: The room air conditioner didn’t work, no fridge, severely dated and not kept up. Didn’t even offer complimentary coffee.

Beautiful setting. Some rooms more rustic than others. More conference/event center than hotel.
Pros: I think I was in one of the newer buildings (Willow Lodge) and the room was fine. 1 King bed. Had a refrigerator. No in room coffee maker, but I had a breakfast included package. Beautiful walk along the boardwalk to the common area. Cons: At check-in, a little more clarification about meals, as in if I buy a glass of wine at Phoebe's cafe, can I bring it over to the dining hall?

Great location to beach but rooms are bare minimum.
Pros: The location was perfect to access the beach. Cons: The rooms are outdated. No TV in room or common room, toilet would continue to run if you didn’t shake the handle, they didn’t refill the body wash container in shower.

Quaint cute stay near the ocean for those that don’t mind an older feeling spot
I loved the location. Could not beat being in trees and walking distance to ocean. Pool was great too
