Pros: Good size room and bathroom. Tea, coffee and nespresso machine in the room.. Lovely staff, great location behind the BBC off Regent St. Cons: Nothing

Pros: Das Zimmer war sehr sauber
Pros: Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Einen lieben Dank an das Reinigungspersonal. Cons: Das Ausziehbett für das Kind war extrem unbequem und durchgehangen. Und wie schon von einigen erwähnt, störte uns der Underground. Dieser ist im Erdgeschoss wirklich gut zu spüren.

Most enjoyable stay.
Pros: Spacious room and shower room. Very clean. Great location. Cons: Spare pillows would have been useful. No air con but a fan was provided.
