J’ai passé un bon séjour avec ma famille, l’endroit était magnifique, le Personnel aussi la propreté, le confort, je rem
Pros: L’hospitalité du personnel, le sourire, la présence et les conseils Cons: Sincèrement, tout était top
A quiet space on the busy island with exceptional hospitality, just moments from the heart of Fira
Pros: Astro Palace is perfectly located just outside the centre of Fira, offering a peaceful retreat while still being only a short walk from the town. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and spacious rooms, making it ideal for families and travellers of all ages. The highlight was the exceptional reception team, particularly Katerina, whose warmth, kindness and genuine Greek philotimo made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Cons: Nothing—we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
Very convenient location and friendly staff
Pros: Excellent staff and convenient location. I loved the facilities and the amazing view from our room. The bathroom was beautiful and very clean. Cons: I was missing a couple of things you would usually expect at a 5-star hotel, like the option for firmer pillows in the room, some parts of the facilities are already showing signs of wear, and there's sometimes noise from other rooms.
Our stay was truly memorable, and we will definitely be visiting again.
Pros: The staff—especially Cleopatra, Hope, Sayed, and the rest of the team—were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted us with genuine smiles at all times and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They assisted us with every aspect of our visit, including arranging car rentals, making restaurant reservations, and helping with many other requests. Their warmth, attentiveness, and outstanding hospitality truly made us feel at home. They were a big part of what made our stay so memorable. Cons: Not Applicable
