No communication after roach

Pros: Initially very welcoming. Cons: The first evening I found a roach. I couldn't speak with anyone because there was no one at the front desk. I tried calling the "manager on duty" via the sign posted and straight to voicemail. I had no choice but to leave and spend 3x the amount I paid. I left a note WITH the roach, my phone number and a request for refund and I have not heard anything. I messaged booking and still waiting for a response. I messaged via booking and text to the hotel, no response. I've given every reasonable way to try and resolve quietly.

Friendly, courteous and a great location

Pros: The staff was great! I had an issue with my reservation initially but the front desk and social media team were able to accommodate the error I had made quickly and efficiently. They walked me to my room and showed me where all the items I needed were at. I was 100% impressed with the team. Cons: Although I really didn't need it, I was never given the WIFI information. Having that along with my reservation information at check in would have been nice.
