An unaccomadating and unresponsive host.

Pros: I never made it to the property because the advertised parking did not accommodate a standard size truck (see “what didn’t you like about the property?”). I did not step through the front door. I have no idea what the property actually looks like but it looked nice from the pictures. Instructions for rules & check-in were clear (although I never actually checked-in— definitely showed up though— Mar 6th @ 11pm if you have cameras). CAMERAS!?!?!?!?!

Pros: Great location and responsive host Cons: Not as described, it's only a single room with a common area and cameras everywhere. Description made it seem like rental was the whole house and doesn't mention how strict the rules are or the cameras on the property. The cameras were creepy, made me feel like I was constantly being watched/uneasy.

Excellent service with room for property improvements.

Pros: The room was quiet and the fan helped keep the room cool, given the 95 degree weather. After a very long day of travel, the staff and manager let me show up early while they were still cleaning so I could lay down on the couch until my room was ready. I am immensely grateful to them for their kindness and compassion. Similarly, being able to do my laundry at the end of a long week of professional development panels and networking *before* I flew home was very helpful. Everything. The host was always available for my needs like literally even 3am lol I didn't realize until the end how close I was to everything even on public transportation. The buses are less than 2 blocks away. There's a Publix supermarket probably about 10 mins walk and a few food places over there also a lounge bar type of place which you wouldn't even notice cuz it's so quiet outside for the most part.
