Pros: The location was good not too far from the center and the start of the marathon, the size of the property perfect for 7 of us. Cons: The property needs a little attention ie rubbish in the back garden should have been put out for collection before the next guests arrival bags on the ground look like rats had been rummaging through, toilet roll holders broken, the downstairs toilet seat was broken and the house needed to be cleaned as when we entered our room the round table had evidence of pizza being dropped on it. Pros: Holly was fantastic. One call and few texts but made the experience great. Accommodation while clean looked tired and felt more students accommodation. Problems with bathroom handles and front door key. however cannot complain accommodation did the job. Cons: Broken Bathroom Handles but Holly kindly offered maintances man to visit

Pros: Off road parking and the house is a finished to a great standard Cons: No WiFi or areal TV but wasn't a big issue
