Really good accommodation ideal for walking into the centre of Liverpool.
Pros: It was great, close to the centre and nice and clean. Cons: The only negative was 2/3 of the lifts didn’t work and took ages to come.
Comfortable, convenient and clean
Pros: Convenient for ferry the next day Cons: Only one lift working and we were on the 11th floor. Had to wait, sometimes a considerable time, before it came
A great location and view
Pros: The location was perfect with an amazing view of the liver building and the Mersey. Cons: The room is a little dated and worn through use but the bed was comfortable and it was suitable for a two night stay.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The place itself could do with some sprucing up. Not as sleek as when i
Pros: Very convenient to explore Liverpool Cons: Out of three lifts only one was working. This being the high season!
