This is a hotel located within a building shared with many office workers. So, there are many people taking elevators up and down. We have three reservations made through expedia or hotels.com. But the front desk give all of us the corner units (a bit smaller than regular units). I am not sure if this is a routine for people's booking through expedia.com or hotels.com. The room is nice and clean although it is a bit tight. The greatest asset of this hotel is the location -- it is close to one of the largest shopping mall of Pudong,, Shanghai. not a nice experience

checkin 時候這家酒店提供的客房與hotels.com上的照片有所不同, 房間裡只有一個很小的窗戶。但是在hotels.com網站上，窗戶又大又寬. 此外, hotels.com 表明有gym room, 但實際上這家酒店沒有這樣的設施。這完全是誤導. 我對這家酒店和hotels.com感到非常失望
