Pros: Отель вообще без минусов! В номере всё безукоризненно! Завтраки - потрясающие, на любой вкус, есть морепродукты, несколько видов мяса, несколько видов горячих блюд... Хороший кофе... Выход 10 ветки метро в 100 м от входа в отель. Через перекрёсток - большой современный ТРЦ. Супер! Cons: 😁

Pros: Magnifique chambre, très propre et grande. Petit déjeuner délicieux et très varié. Collation du soir avec petit buffet très appréciable. Juste à côté du métro. Wifi très stable Cons: RAS

Pros: Hotel is very focused on guest satisfaction - from the initial welcome to the departure. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Services were top class. Breakfast was very good -many options from Asian to Western. In addition the Night Free Buffet was appreciated. The hotel is close to the Metro. Honestly - cannot find anything negative to say. Cons: Nothing could have been better - cannot improve on 100%

Pros: very nice design of hotel. Special design of rooms, my room was partly a fitness room. Breakfast very good and staff was very helpful with arranging the taxi drive to Pudong airport Cons: rather noisy at night. Poor english of the staff, could be better for such type of hotel.
Pros: - The bedroom was quite spacious, and the pillows and mattress were truly excellent; my family slept very well - I really like the service and cleaning robots at the hotel; they can even use the elevator and find their way to the correct guest rooms on their own. - A diverse breakfast with a wide variety of dishes - The hotel is right next to a shopping mall, and the surrounding area has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores — we really liked that Cons: The hotel staff's English wasn't very good, so check-in and check-out took a bit of time, but we were able to use Google
