Nice hotel, limited parking. Staff were very helpful. Good selection at breakfast. A bit out of the city but bus stops literally across the road, so easy to get into the city

The hotel were really accommodating, I flew in on an international flight at 7am and the staff were happy to store luggage to explore and assisted with an earlier check in. Easy access to the bus / train into the city.

Walk the extra 50 metres to the Hilton Garden Inn.

This is a new hotel and I thought I’d try it as I’ve stayed in the nearby Hilton. Everything about this hotel was a bit off. The hotel entrance closest to the underground station had a closed reception so it was necessary to walk the entire length of the hotel to get to reception. On the room floors the signage was just plain wrong, for example pointing to lifts that didn’t exist or numbering of rooms that wasn’t correct. There were light fittings not working or loose and there was a weird smell in the corridors. There were also quite a few room doors on my floor which were permanently a littl
