Cons: Camere proporzionate al prezzo , quindi buone ma esere al 5 piano con mansarda e 36 gradi senza clima è una grande pecca sopratutto perche l hotel vanta 3 stelle.

Pros: Ich habe hin nicht übernachten Cons: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich wende mich an Sie, um mich über meinen Aufenthalt im oben genannten Hotel zu beschweren und eine Rückerstattung zu fordern. Ich habe in diesem Hotel nicht übernachtet!Das Zimmer war dreckig und es gab Spinnweben an den Wänden. Das Hauptproblem war jedoch, dass das Zimmer über keinerlei Klimaanlage verfügte, obwohl es draußen unerträgliche 50 Grad heiß war.Als ich dieses Problem reklamierte, wurde ich vom Personal äußerst unfreundlich behandelt. Die junge Frau an der Rezeption ignorierte mich komplett. Sie weigerte sic
