Absence of bathrobes in a privilege room. Dinner could be better

We reserved a room and were surprised by the meal and breakfast without price indication. We found it good anyway, not convenient for the spa, too far and specified with a cotton swimsuit!! Who has that? Why doesn't the website mention half board? And too far from everywhere

DO NOT USE THE HOTEL.COM WEBSITE
We had booked a room at the Mountain Inn and upon arrival, we were accommodated in another hotel where the reception was not appropriate to the situation. We had reserved a table at the gourmet restaurant of the Mountain Inn, which was the purpose of this stay. The restaurant was closed even though the reservation was confirmed!!! We had to eat a low-end meal (set menu) where we were staying. IN FACT, THE HOTEL.COM WEBSITE MAKES FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS AND IMAGES. We learned that this hotel is not the only one experiencing this. We will never book on Hotel.com again
