Seamless check in procedure, Huge shout out and thanks to Adrian from the front desk who was extremely friendly and helpful with the check in process. Room is very clean, good price for the quality

Jonathan is that GUY 10/10 no notes
So it would not have been a 5/5 had it not been for the ANGEL at the front seat names JONATHAN he was kind efficient and cute. I was there during the snow storm and I was about to crash out bc Amtrack kept rescheduling my train but JONATHAN had my back. He gave me apples in the morning, spoke in a kind tone and helped me figure out check out with ease. He is truly a gem THE GEM I daresay Yall do need to fix yall tvs though I could not stream any thing the whole time bc of the signal but JONATHAN HE IS THAT GUY PAY HIM MORE. I have no idea what that man makes but I know in my heart it is not
