Luxurious respite while traveling

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, palatial and the staff were friendly. Out room was magnificently appointed and spacious with luxurious linens and pillows. For a few extra euros we were able to get access to the spa included and it was well worth it just to unwind in the wellness pool, sauna and steam room which you make a reservation for but you have it all to yourself. Cons: The only thing that could have been better is if they had a restaurant / bar area outside of breakfast hours.

Pros: Location, size of room and beds super comfortable Cons: Specifically in the gym, there was a lack of floor space and equipment limited. No water available.

Cons: Lediglich Frühstück/Kaffee war nicht ganz überzeugend

Customer service lacking

Pros: Location Cons: Costumer service could have been better except the breakfast attendant, he was very nice and attentive.
