Brilliant hotel in the heart of Prague

Pros: My absolute favorite hotel on all criteria. The staff is wonderful, exceptionally helpful. Special mention to the man who checked us in during the day, and for the tall lady at breakfast. You cant beat the location. Step out and you are in the middle of the commercial district. Brilliant spread at breakfast. Clean, spacious rooms/bathrooms. Everyday housekeeping, elevators and family/privacy friendly. I've had the good fortune of staying in hotels that are 2-3x the price and this beats them all. Highly recommend and will stay again. Please proceed with your booking. Cons: That I checked

מיקום-צוות-מלון=חוויית אירוח מושלמת! מומלץ!

Pros: מיקום מרכזי מעולה שבמעולים. צוות משכמו ומעלה-פינקו אותנו לכבוד יום הנישואין מעל ומעבר ומסרו לנו את החדר כמה שעות לפניי-למרות שלא היו צריכים, באמת שירות מצויין. חדר מרווח וגדול עם כל מה שצריך. לא מבינים למה הוא רק 4 כוכבים שהוא לחלוטין חוויה של 5 כוכבים. הדבר היחיד שלא הספקנו זו ארוחת הבוקר-בפעם הבאה ננסה! Cons: הכל באמת מצויין.

We had a great stay and when we return to Prague we will be staying here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Pros: When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly and helpful desk person. The location is near many restaurants and shops and everything else is in walking distance. The rooms and common areas were clean and everything work as it should. Cons: We had no complaints, the place is lovely.
