Great place in the heart of CBD Melbourne for staying with family. Good and clear instructions for directions, parking check in etc. very helpful. Excellent customer service, Nice pool,kids loved it ,definitely feel safe with the security. Highly recommended for a day or two stay. We will come back. Thank you
