Pros: Great service both hotel side and restaurant side. Really top notch food. Convenient location for sights in the area. Easy to get to from Heathrow. Cons: Mattresses could be upgraded but honestly this is a 10/10 hotel!

Fantastic Hotel
Pros: The hotel was 2mins walk from the British Motor Show. The staff were fantastic. Cons: Breakfast was very busy and a small mix up over the table seating.

Incredible stay and will definitely be back
Pros: Very helpful and very helpful staff Impeccable service Excellent location Delicious breakfast and dinner Clean and comfortable room An abundance of parking Cons: Only usb plug next to one side of bed No menu on table at breakfast. There were items on there which we would have ordered but only showed one after speaking with staff
