Can't recommend enough...
Fantastic guest house, in a peaceful location, spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. Great room, comfy bed so slept well. 5-10 mins stroll from the bus stop, 30 mins on bus from Temple bar area. Continental breakfast with a choice of breads, croissants, cheese, yoghurt etc. Nice freshly brewed coffee. Our host Jack is a very interesting man to talk with. Should we revisit Dublin I wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

The house has been renovated beautifully. I really appreciated being able to park our rental car, no fuss. The self-serve coffee machine is fabulous. One thing that was lacking for me was a bit of protein for breakfast. I like a full breakfast.

I spent two nights a this b&b. You get to check in early and are meet by the most lovely host. I got the top room with is lovely BUT if you mind heat this roome is not for you. Its very hot! Good breakfast, all imøn all as expected 👍🇧🇻🇮🇪

The room was beautiful and very clean. The host was there to greet us and showed how everything works. Breakfast was great also. The best thing about Avoca House were the friendly owners who helped with everything and made us feel very welcome.
